1. Data we process
Account data (email, encrypted password, language), profile (name, optional pronouns, time zone), birth data (date, time and place) needed for the calculations, and what you choose to write: journal, dreams, people in your life, palm photos and conversations with Na-Ra.
We record security actions (sign-ins, password changes) with an irreversible hash of the IP address and the browser used.
2. Why we use it
To compute your readings, personalise Na-Ra's answers, remember what you choose to be remembered, bill the plans and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Artificial intelligence
Consultations with Na-Ra are processed by language model providers (for example Anthropic). We send only what is needed to answer and never your email. Under their business terms, providers do not train their models on your data. Every call is logged with its cost, without the content, to run the service.
4. Consents
Personal memory, analysis of your journal and dreams, personalised emails and product analytics stay off until you enable them in Settings › Privacy. You can revoke them at any time. Analytics, if enabled, uses a pseudonymous identifier and never the content of your consultations.
5. Palm photos
Photos are stored privately, stripped of metadata (including location) before analysis, and can be deleted at any time; the file is removed immediately.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago and PayPal on their own sites. We never see or store your card; we only receive the subscription status and the amount.
7. Retention and deletion
You can export all your data from Settings and delete the account. On deletion the account is disabled immediately and the data is irreversibly anonymised within 30 days. Backups are kept for up to 30 days.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data, and withdraw consents. Write to hola@oraculoancestral.com.ar. Data is hosted with cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest.
