Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from Your plan; cancelling prevents the next charge and keeps the plan until the end of the period. If you cancel within 7 days of the first charge and used no more than 5 consultations and downloaded no reports, we refund that charge in full. Write to hola@oraculoancestral.com.ar with your account email.
Renewals
Renewals are not refundable, except for a verifiable billing error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), in which case we refund to the same payment method.
Expert sessions
Payment and cancellation terms for sessions are agreed with each expert. If an expert does not show up, let us know and we will mediate so you recover what you paid.
Timing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days; the time until you see it depends on Mercado Pago, PayPal and your bank.
