1. What Oráculo Ancestral is
Oráculo Ancestral is a self-knowledge and entertainment service that brings together astrology, numerology, tarot, palmistry, dream interpretation, a personal journal and an AI assistant called Na-Ra. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

2. Interpretive nature of the content
Every reading, report and answer from Na-Ra is a cultural, interpretive and reflective tool. They are not predictions, diagnoses or medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Every decision you make is yours.
Na-Ra is an artificial intelligence system: it can be wrong and does not replace a person. If you are going through a crisis, seek professional help or a helpline in your country.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. You can sign out everywhere and delete the account from Settings.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly through Mercado Pago (Argentine pesos) or PayPal (US dollars) and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal and keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period. Plan limits are described on the plans page.
Refunds follow the published refund policy.
5. Experts
Experts are independent practitioners whose identity we verify. We do not take part in the content of sessions and do not guarantee outcomes. Session payment is arranged with each expert as stated on their profile.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harm others, scrape data, circumvent your plan limits or try to manipulate Na-Ra into producing prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, catalogs, brand and illustrations are ours or our licensors'. What you write (journal, dreams, notes) is yours; you allow us to process it only to provide the service.
8. Changes and contact
